Solution
Payment for invoices may be made via Paypal by clicking the Paypal icon in invoices generated by the billing system (if HTML is enabled in email) or by logging in to the billing system at
http://westchesterinternet.com/accounts
, selecting any open invoice, and clicking the Paypal icon within the invoice.
